Useful Information

Clevis Joints:

  • Silver/Clear zinc plated clevis joints are our most popular and are Rohs compliant. R3395 is right hand thread and R3396 is left hand thread.
  • Yellow zinc plated clevis joints are available, part numbers R3398 and R3399 for right and left hand threads.
  • Stainless steel clevis joints are available in AISI 303 stainless steel, parts numbers R3402 and R3403.

    • Clips to Suit:

    • The most popular type of clips to go with these clevis joints is the clevis retention clip, our part number R3435. Alternative options are a clevis pin with a groove, R3450, used with a safety fastener to hold in place, R3440 or R3444, both of which can be assembled by hand.

    Mating Pieces:

    • For mating pieces to go between the forks of the clevis joints the most popular option is our R3420 (silver/clear zinc), R3423 (Yellow zinc), and R3426 (stainless steel) mating pieces.
    • Alternatively you can use rod ends R3553 (Male) or R3554 (female).
